Terms and Conditons

Inspirations mail order hire terms and conditions.

1. It is assumed that customers have read, understood and agreed to the listed conditions of hire on booking a costume or costumes.

2. You must be 18 years or over to make a booking.

3. All costumes remain the property of Inspirations

4. The named hirer has the sole responsibility for the costume until the costume is returned to INSPIRATIONS

5. No refunds will be issued once a costume has been booked, this includes cancellation of the function, for whatever reason.

6. Any changes to a booking will be subject to a £10.00 administration fee.

7. INSPIRATIONS cannot be responsible for any costume that does not fit.

8. If a costume has been booked and subsequently damaged by a third party before your hire date, we will offer a comparable replacement.

9. Costumes must be returned on the day specified on the hire agreement, failure to do so will result in a £5.00 per day charge.

10. Customers must not wash costumes or tumble dry any wet items.

11. Customers must not attach sticky labels or badges to any part of the costume.

13. Customers must not pin, sew, glue, or iron any costume that is hired.

14. FULL COST (this is in addtion to the holding deposit) of the costume will be charged to the hirer if the costume is not returned, the costume is beyond repair or needs specialised cleaning or the costume is returned with items missing.

15. The cost of replacement will be deducted from the hirers credit/debit card if the costume is returned as per condition 

16. Non return of the costume is deemed as theft and will result in prosecution.
